Hi! I’m Nicci ,
The pack leader behind the adventures.
Dogs have always been at the center of my life. What started as a passion quickly turned into a calling, and today I run a professional dog adventure and in-home pet care service built around trust, structure, and giving dogs the enrichment they deserve.
When your dog is with me, they’re not just getting a walk. They’re getting a safe, structured adventure designed to meet their physical and mental needs. I work with dogs of all personalities — from high-energy explorers to dogs who need a little extra confidence and socialization.
To ensure the highest level of safety and professionalism, I’ve completed certifications in Canine Attendant Training, Dog Daycare & Group Play Management, Canine Anxiety & Behaviour, Canine CPR & First Aid, and Canine Self-Defense through the Canine Foundations Training Academy. I’m also continuing my education by working toward my CPDT-KA certification and pursuing training with the International Pet and Animal Transportation Association (IPATA) for professional pet travel and relocation.
My approach is simple: safety, structure, and fun. A well-exercised dog is a happy dog, and nothing makes me happier than seeing a pack come together, build confidence, and head home tired and fulfilled.
My long-term dream is to open a dog adventure lodge where dogs can explore nature, socialize safely, and experience the ultimate canine getaway. And one day, when I slow down, I hope to run a rescue helping dogs find their forever homes — and giving the ones who don’t a forever home with me.
Until then, you’ll find me exactly where I’m happiest — out on the trails, leading a pack of muddy, happy dogs.

Hi, I’m Sol!
I have a huge passion for pet care. Straight out of high school I dove into the pet care industry and now have 7 years of hands-on experience keeping tails wagging.
I’ve been an animal lover my whole life and have owned everything from dogs and cats to rodents and reptiles. When it comes to dogs, I’ve cared for them at every life stage. Puppies learning the ropes all the way to seniors needing gentle geriatric care.
I believe great care starts with education. I’m certified in Canine First Aid & CPR, I hold my Canine Attendant Certification, and I’m trained in daycare and group play assessments. I’m always eager to learn more so I can give your pup the safest, most enriching experience possible.
At home I’m dog mom to Silas and Cash, my two Pyrenees mixes you’ll probably spot in our social media posts! They’re my best coworkers and toughest critics.
I joined Great Woof Lodge to give dogs a true home away from home. Structured, safe, and full of the muddy, happy moments dogs live for. I can’t wait to meet you and your pup 💚
